INTRODUCTION TO THE PLATFORM
To help you understand how to use our platform, we have created an explanatory video with all the necessary steps.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
To unsubscribe from subscriptions or promotions, you must click on the 'Unsubscribe' link, found at the end of the promotional emails, or fill in the form in the Contact section requesting unsubscription.
SHOPPING
The payment methods available at jocompreaoliva.es are:
- Pay in Store: You make the purchase and pay when you pick it up in the Store
- Card payment: You make the purchase and on the bank's gateway fill in the details of your Debit or Credit Card.
- Payment with Bizum: You make the purchase and make the payment with Bizum.
No, it is not necessary to register to make a purchase, but it is highly recommended to do so, as this way you will be able to track your order, repeat a previous order, manage your favorite products and enjoy many other advantages.
When you have a product in your cart, it will be indicated in the top right corner of the cart icon.
If you have a product in the Cart, by clicking on the icon with the 'View Cart' link, you will be able to access the Cart summary page to edit it.
ACCOUNT
To create a new account, you can use your 'Google' or 'Facebook' data, where it says 'Sign in with'. This way, you will be able to register faster.
If you want to make a manual registration without using your 'Google' or 'Facebook' account, you can do it in the following ways:
If you do it from your computer (not mobile or tablet) you have to access the top right side where it says 'Welcome, Guest', click on 'Register' and you will access the Registration form.
If you do it from your mobile or tablet, you have to access from the hamburger menu and click on 'Welcome, Guest'. On the new page, then you will have to click on the 'Register' button, and you will access the Registration form.
If you want to delete or cancel your account, you have to log in with your existing account and in the control panel go to the 'Profile' section, and then click on the 'Delete Profile' button.
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that if you delete your account, you will lose the history of your purchases and your favorite products.
If you want to change your account password you have to log in with your existing account and in your 'Profile' control panel click the 'Change password' button.
If you have lost your password or do not remember it, you can request a new password by going to the top right where it says 'Welcome, Guest', click on 'Login' and you will be taken to the 'Login' page.
On this same page you have a link 'Forgot password', where you will have to enter your login email.
From here you will receive an email with the steps to follow to enter a new password.
Note: Due to data protection legislation, existing passwords cannot be provided, but a new password can be assigned.
